Abstrak: Komunikasi merupakan suatu proses penyampaian informasi dari satu orang ke orang lain sebagai bentuk interaksi sosial. Bentuk komunikasi sebagai proses interaksi sosial dapat berbentuk bahasa verbal dan bahasa non verbal. Komunikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda antara jenis disabilitas satu dengan yang lain. Hal tersebut menjadi suatu permasalahan besar ketika anak berkebutuhan khusus berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Mengatasi masalah komunikasi perlu menggunakan sistem komunikasi dengan bahasa isyarat yang lebih mudah digunakan oleh semua anak berkebutuhan khusus. Isyarat signalong diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi dengan budaya komunikasi yang ada di Indonesia. Setelah melalui tahapan pengembangan, hasil adaptasi isyarat dan simbol Signalong disebut sebagai Signalong Indonesia. Adaptasi Signalong Indonesia bertujuan untuk membantu komunikasi anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan di Indonesia (Jauhari : 2017). Untuk mempermudah penerapannya, dalam pembelajaran sistem isyarat Signalong Indonesia memerlukan media yang dapat memvisualisasikan model isyarat kepada peserta didik. Adapun media pembelajaran adalah berupa foto, video model isyarat, dan simbol. Ketiga media tersebut dikembangakan dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan Research and Development (R & D) Borg and Gall (1983). Media pembelajaran signalong Indonesia telah melewati beberapa prosedur pengembangan termasuk tahapan uji ahli dan dinyatakan layak setelah menyelesaikan revisi pada beberapa aspek dasar.

ABSTRACT
Early intervention for children with special needs refers to a special service program that is
designed for children with special needs to optimize their development and to prevent the potential
of developmental delays. Various forms of service can be provided to support the intervention, one
of them is academic learning. In practice, early intervention require the participation of families,
teachers, therapists and other experts. Every children with special needs need to get intervention
from an early age, one of whom is a children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ASD is a
complex developmental disorder, which exhibits symptoms of social communication disorders,
social interactions, and sensory disorders that have an impact on the shows of repetitive and
restricted behaviors. Provide teaching for children with ASD need a positive partnership approach
that prioritizes to understanding of the characteristics and needs of the child. Teachers need to use
Planning Matrix for planning strategy in implementing learning activities for children with ASD.
Planning matrix, is a table-shaped framework that prioritizes a positive partnership approach to
simplify the process of identifying characteristics, to find the teching metod, and to evaluate the
development of children with ASD

ABSTRAK/ABSTRACT
Saat ini, di jejaring sosial seperti line, instagram, facebook, twitter, dan lain-lain banyak ditemukan
gambar atau tulisan meme dengan karakter unik dan menggelitik. Isi meme yang dibuat sangat beraneka
ragam. Ada yang berisi curahan hati dan perasaan, penggambaran kondisi ekonomi, politik,
mengungkapkan kritik sosial, humor, dan sindiran-sindiran di berbagai bidang. Meme sengaja dibuat
sebagai gambaran berkembangnya teknologi dan informasi. Di Indonesia sendiri, pembuatan meme
berkembang dengan pesat. Gambar yang disertai tulisan selalu dapat menarik perhatian masyarakat
karena point of interest sangat mencolok sehingga pesan yang ingin disampaikan mudah diterima.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penanda (Signifer) dan petanda (Signifed) dalam meme
dagelan_jowo dan menjelaskan makna yang terkandung dalam meme dagelan_jowo. Meme
dagelan_jowo sendiri merupakan salah satu meme yang terdapat di dalam media sosial instagram.
Pendekatan penelitian dalam penelitian yaitu pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan analisis deskriptif.
Peneliti berusaha mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang melatarbelakangi pembuatan meme dagelan_jowo
yang ada di instagram. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik
pustaka dan dokumentasi. Signifer dan Signifed ditemukan dalam meme dagelan_jowo antara lain: merk
favorit sepeda motor (beat), pentingnya rupa dalam pasangan (perempuan cantik), petuah hidup,
percintaan, masalah remaja (terkait jomblo, mantan), sifat manusia (tukang gosip dan kritik), dan lainlain.
Dari segi kalimat yang digunakan, meme dagelan_jowo memiliki jenis kalimat yang memberikan
pernyataan berupa informasi, memberikan nasihat, mengungkapkan perasaan, sindiran, pendapat,
pertanyaan berupa sindiran, dan harapan.

Abstract
Children’s literature is a growing field, especially in Europe and America. Even to this day the definition and
discourse of children’s literature is still a discussion that continues to be discussed, but this does not make children’s literature impossible to be studied.Child of children is an essay that tells the deeds, experiences, events and so forth intended for children whose story is simple but complex and communicative and contains moral values for children.
This study raises ethics and morality in children’s stories. The children’s story itself is part of an imaginative
literature in the form of fictional prose. The reason this research raises ethics and morality in children’s stories
because the study of children’s literature or children’s literature is one part of literary criticism that is still
marginalized. This study aims to describe the ethics and morality contained in the children’s story. Based on these objectives, this study is a qualitative research, ie research that does not hold calculations or numbers. This research seeks to find the ethics and morality contained in the collection of children’s stories “Aika, Maafkan Aku!”. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that children’s story entitled ―Aika, Maafkan Aku!‖ there is ethics (53%) and morality (47%). Good ethics is more than bad ethics. It is shown there is only one data that contains bad ethics. In morality, there is also good and bad morality. Good morality is also more than bad morality. Data that contains good morality there are fourteen data, while bad morality there are nine data. Thus, children’s stories written by early childhood and kindergarten teachers contain almost equal ethics and morality.

ABSTRACT
Writing is a creative process to express ideas in the written form with a certain purpose, for
example, giving information, convincing, entertaining and so forth. The result of this creative
process is called an essay or writing. The term “writing” is used to refer to the non-scientific
writing, while the term “essay” refers to the scientific writing. This research discussed the
problems in relation to paragraph development that was applied in the students’ essay. Essay is a
type of writing categorized as nonfiction. The method used in this research was descriptive
qualitative. The data collection technique used in this research was documentation. The object of
this research was students and the data source was sentences in paragraphs. Descriptive
qualitative was used to analyze the data containing the development of paragraph in an essay
written by the students. The students’ essay was chosen in this research because the students were
the objects that had writing skill in terms of self-development, creativity, and work. Based on the
result of the reserach, it can be described that the first, most of the essays written by the students
of PGSD of Unipa Surabaya year 2015 used the type of cause-effect paragraph in the amount of
25%. It happened because the students were easier to describe their ideas based on the causeeffect
of event, the second is the example paragraph in the amount 16 %, the third is the definition
paragraph in the mount of 13.6%, the fourth is the fact and classification paragraph in the amount
of 11.4%, the fifth is the opposition and comparasion paragraph in the amount of 5%, the sixth is
process paragraph in the amount of 4.5%, and the last is analogy paragraph. This type is the
lowest amount written by the students, that is, 2,3% because the students were confused to develop
this paragraph.

ABSTRAK
Menulis merupakan sebuah proses kreatif menuangkan gagasan dalam bentuk bahasa tulis dalam
tujuan, misal memberitahu, meyakinkan, menghibur atau tujuan yang lain. Hasil dari proses kreatif
ini disebut dengan istilah karangan atau tulisan. Istilah mengarang digunakan untuk menyebut
dalam proses menulis berjenis nonilmiah, sedangkan menulis melekat pada kegiatan menulis
berjenis ilmiah. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan tentang pengembangan paragraf yang
digunakan di dalam tulisan esai mahasiswa. Esai merupakan jenis tulisan dikategori nonfiksi.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang
digunakan yaitu dokumentasi. Objek yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa dan bersumber data
berupa kalimat dalam paragraf. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif berisi
penjelasan berupa pembuktian berupa penulisan pengembangan paragraf yang digunakan
mahasiswa dalam menulis esai. Tulisan mahasiswa dipilih dalam penelitian ini karena mahasiswa
merupakan objek yang senantiasa dilekati keterampilan menulis dalam rangka pengembangan diri,
kreativitas, dan berkarya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diuraikan bahwa sebagian besar esai
yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa PGSD UNIPA Surabaya angkatan 2015 menggunakan jenis
pengembangan paragraf cara sebab akibat yaitu sebesar 25%. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa
mahasiswa lebih mudah menguraikan gagasan yang dilatarbelakangi dengan peristiwa sebab dan
diikuti dengan akibat yang ditimbulkan. Kedua cara pengembangan paragraf contoh sebesar 16%,
ketiga cara pengembangan definisi sebesar 13.6%, keempat cara fakta dan cara klasifikasi sebesar
11.4%, kelima cara pengembangan paragraf pertentangan dan perbandingan sebesar 5%, keenam
cara pengembangan proses sebesar 4.5%, dan cara pengembangan paragraf yang paling sedikit
ditulis oleh mahasiswa yaitu cara analogi sebesar 2.3% karena mahasiswa masih kebingungan
menguraikan cara pengembangan ini.

ABSTRAK
Football is a team sport that relies on technique, tactics, and mental to achieve maximum performance. Mental aspect is a very important aspect that is needed in almost all sports. To improve the maximum performance requires not only physical skills, techniques, tactics, or strategies, but mental training plays an important role to generate good mental. Concerning mental means related to the psychology of a person and in this writing there is a psychological relationship with sports, because with the decline in mental conditions will be able to affect athletes in concentrating to do penalty kicks. The purpose of this study to determine the level of contribution of student concentration PKO UNIPA Surabaya to the success of penalty kicks.
This research uses quantitative approach with correlational approach. The sample subjects used are athletes football soccer men Unipa Surabaya, which amounted to 22 people. Based on the calculation that has been done got the average value for the concentration variable that is equal to 13,54 and for variable of penalty kick equal to 64,54. For correlation coefficient value obtained at 0.332, which contributed 11%. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study is that the concentration contributes strongly to the penalty shoot result and contributes 11%.

The focus of this paper is the implementation of Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) which has been defined as “the search for and study of applications on the computer in language teaching and learning” (Levy, 1997, p. 1) and is now used routinely in a variety of instructional situations. As a result, language teachers are increasingly required to possess CALL expertise that includes both practical skills and a thorough understanding of information technology (IT) theory. Teachers may need to design, implement, and evaluate CALL activities in their classrooms; they may be put in charge of setting up and operating a multimedia language laboratory. Demonstrating CALL’S in promoting both fluency and accuracy in the target language as well as improving motivation and learner autonomy. IMMUNOGENITY OF 32.2 kDA HEMAGGLUTININ BM PROTEIN OF Escherichia coli PILI ISOLATED FROM INFERTILE MALES’ SEMEN

Male genital tract infection is one cause of infertility. Escherichia coli (E. coli) is a major cause of prostatitis and epididymitis that can degrade the quality of spermatozoa. One factor E. coil can reduce sperm quality due to the ability of E. coli attached to the sperm plasma membrane using pill. Have successfully isolated the protein hemagglutinin pili of E. coil isolates were infertile men with BM cement 32.2 kDa. The purpose of this study was to determine the protein hemagglutinin pili immunogenitas E. BM coil isolates 32.2 kDa cement infertile men. Immunization performed on male rabbits using protein hemagglutinin pill of E. coli BM 32.2 kDa as antigens. Antibody titers formed were measured using indirect methods and the results were read using elisa reader. Antigen and antibody reactivity are formed in the test by the method of dot blot and western blot. The results of this research is through indirect elisa test, the protein hemagglutinin pill of E. BM colt isolates 32.2 kDa cement infertile men can stimulate the formation of antibodies. The results of dot blot test and western blot proved that the antibodies react specifically with antigen. The conclusion of this study is the protein hemagglutinin pili of E. coli BM 32.2 kDa is immunogenic and potentially as a candidate vaccine ingredient in preventing male genital tract infections.

This research was started with the development of teaching instrument. It supposed to produce suitable instrument for deferensial lesson. It also had a goal / aim to describe the effectivity of kumon methode in direct instructional and compare the result of study between class which runs method with conventional for deferential lesson. The population of this research was students 11th grade of SMAN 1 Dawarblandong for academic 2006/2007 that consis of 4 parrarel classes. The development of instructional material used a modified 4-D model of thiagarajan and friends. The process of the development it self consists of 3 levels, they are : defining, designing and progressing. Therefore, the result of it will be in the shaped of lesson plan, finishing book, primary book, student paper sheet (frame work) and report/examination. Based on the descriptive statistic analyse result, it is stated that kumon method in direct instructional is effective
